About Ragnar Therapies.
Meet Kimberley and discover the story behind Ragnar Therapies – a calm, restorative space where clinical expertise meets holistic care to support lasting wellbeing.
Meet Kimberley.
With more than 25 years’ experience in health and physiotherapy, Kimberley Rennoldson founded Ragnar Therapies to offer a more connected, holistic approach to recovery and wellbeing.
Her practice blends clinical precision with calm, restorative care – combining physiotherapy, acupuncture and mindful movement to help clients move freely and feel at ease in their bodies.
Drawing on extensive NHS and private practice experience, she works closely with each client to understand the root cause of pain or imbalance, not just the symptoms. Kimberley’s goal is simple – to restore confidence in movement and support long-term, sustainable wellbeing, empowering you to be your own champion and warrior.
Kimberley’s approach
Ragnar Therapies is built on the belief that healing works best when mind and body are treated together. Every session is personalised, combining evidence-based physiotherapy with acupuncture, breathwork and mindful movement to encourage natural recovery and balance.
Sessions are calm, unhurried and entirely focused on your individual needs – creating the time and space to understand what your body truly requires.
Whether supporting recovery from injury, easing chronic tension or improving mobility, the approach is always guided by clinical knowledge, compassion and a deep respect for the body’s ability to heal.
