Your first session begins with a relaxed conversation about your health, lifestyle and goals. Kimberley will assess your posture, positioning and movement and discuss the best approach before starting gentle, tailored treatment. Please note that in the first session, treatment time may not be that long due to a thorough subjective and objective assessment.

Kimberley will guide you through the options. Each session is personalised – physiotherapy, acupuncture and movement work are often combined to suit your needs and support recovery, or can be specific singular treatments depending upon needs and requests agreed upon.

No referral is needed. You can book directly, and if further medical information is ever required, Kimberley will discuss this with you in advance.
